Club News Bowes Museum This Weeks Rambles Want To Try Leading? There are Leaders required in the current timetable. if you want to have a go, but not sure how, you can contact Pat Emerson or one of the current leaders for advice. The club has maps to borrow and many experienced walkers who will be glad to help. Holiday Weekend 2012 Criccieth 16th - 19th March, details from the weekend secretary D Hayton Denia Holiday 8th - 15th May 2012 Weston-Super-Mare 5th - 8th October 2012 On Sunday February 19th Morecambe and District Rambling Club walked in the Grange over Sands area. The A party led by Mike Aveyard walked from Sampool Bridge to Whitbarrow Scar, Witherslack Hall, Yewbarrow, Winster Valley, Newton Fell, Hampsfield Allotment, Hampsfell and into Grange. The B party led by Gill Gale walked from Cark along the Cistercian Way to Cartmel, Walton Hall, Cartmel, Hampsfell, Eggerslack Woods and into Grange. The C party led by Pat Emerson did a circular walk from Grange to Eggerslack Wood, Hampsfell Hospice, and back to Grange.
